It is not derived from the fame you presently have right now. In fact, there are many famous persons who are very unhappy.
Happiness is a choice. YOU CHOOSE TO BE HAPPY! So, appreciate what you have and don't aspire for what you do not have, for "happiness is wanting what you have and not having what you want."
